How do I book a treatment?
Tap “Book” anywhere on our site, choose your treatment, a practitioner and a time, and you’ll receive an email confirmation straight away. Payment for treatments is taken at the clinic on the day.
Do I need a consultation first?
If you’re new to us, or considering a peel or advanced treatment, we recommend starting with a skin consultation so we can recommend a safe, effective plan for your skin.
Are your treatments suitable for darker skin tones?
Yes. Our protocols are selected and adjusted with melanin-rich skin in mind to minimise the risk of irritation and pigmentation.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment. For anything later, please WhatsApp us.
Is there downtime after a chemical peel?
It depends on the peel depth. Light peels may cause mild flaking for a few days; your practitioner will explain what to expect and give you aftercare.

How can I pay?
All payments are processed securely by our licensed payment provider. You can pay by debit or credit card, bank transfer or USSD.
Why can I see prices in dollars or pounds?
Prices shown in $ or £ are for display only, converted at our current rate to help shoppers abroad. Every order is charged in Nigerian naira (₦), so your bank may apply its own exchange rate.
How does delivery work?
After you purchase, our team contacts you to arrange delivery — across Lagos, the rest of Nigeria or internationally. Delivery fees and timing are confirmed with you directly.
How do gift cards work?
Choose an amount on our gift cards page and check out as usual. Once payment is confirmed, a unique code is emailed so it can be redeemed at checkout on Skin by Oode Aesthetics. Unused balance stays on the card for next time.
Can I return an item?
Please see our refunds policy. Unopened items in their original condition can usually be returned within 7 days of delivery; contact us first so we can help.
