These terms apply when you use this website and buy from Skin by Oode Aesthetics. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are set in Nigerian naira (₦). Prices displayed in $ or £ are conversions for convenience only; you are charged in naira.
• Payment is processed by our payment provider (card, bank transfer or USSD). An order is confirmed once payment is received.
• We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Delivery

After purchase our team contacts you to arrange delivery. Timelines and any delivery fees are confirmed with you directly. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Treatments and bookings

• Appointments are booked online on this website. You can cancel or reschedule from the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours before your appointment.
• Payment for treatments is taken at the clinic.
• Some treatment prices (such as electrocautery) are "from" prices; the final price is confirmed after assessment.
• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

Gift cards

Gift cards are issued by email after payment, are redeemable on this website only, cannot be exchanged for cash and should be kept safe like cash.

Reviews and content

Reviews you submit must be honest and lawful. We may moderate or decline reviews. You grant us permission to display approved reviews and photos on our site.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
