How long does a reed diffuser last?
Most of our diffusers last around 8–12 weeks depending on room size, temperature and how often you flip the reeds.
How do I get an even candle burn?
On the first light, burn until the melt pool reaches the edges (about 2–3 hours). Trim the wick to 5mm before each burn and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
Are room sprays safe on fabric?
Spray from about 30cm onto linen and soft furnishings. Patch-test delicate fabrics first, and avoid spraying directly onto polished wood.

How can I pay?
All payments are processed securely by our licensed payment provider. You can pay by debit or credit card, bank transfer or USSD.
Why can I see prices in dollars or pounds?
Prices shown in $ or £ are for display only, converted at our current rate to help shoppers abroad. Every order is charged in Nigerian naira (₦), so your bank may apply its own exchange rate.
How does delivery work?
After you purchase, our team contacts you to arrange delivery — across Lagos, the rest of Nigeria or internationally. Delivery fees and timing are confirmed with you directly.
How do gift cards work?
Choose an amount on our gift cards page and check out as usual. Once payment is confirmed, a unique code is emailed so it can be redeemed at checkout on Zira Scents. Unused balance stays on the card for next time.
Can I return an item?
Please see our refunds policy. Unopened items in their original condition can usually be returned within 7 days of delivery; contact us first so we can help.
