Refunds&returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we put it right.

Products

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened candles, diffusers and sprays cannot be returned unless faulty.
• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to skinbyoodeaesthetics@gmail.com within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days. Delivery fees are refundable only when the error was ours.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable once issued, except where required by law.
